Since flowers are seasonal items, occasions of shortage may occur. In order to ensure product quality, flower products need to be ordered 3 working days in advance.<\/p>

Delivery Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm. Rural areas are excluded.<\/p>

All delivery dates and times are estimated dates and times, and this website is not responsible for any delays caused by reasons beyond its control.<\/p>

Delivery range<\/b><\/p>

Delivery range: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.<\/p>

Delivery service is not applicable to outlying islands and remote areas, including Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay.<\/p>

Delivery service is not available to delivery locations in buildings that do not have an operating elevator. In the absence of an elevator, the scope of the free delivery service only covers the first 2 floors. An additional fee of HK$10 per floor is required from the delivery location above the 3rd floor. If the elevator in the building is not operating normally during the delivery, we will arrange another delivery time slot to deliver again.<\/p>

If the delivery address is within the range of a village house\/or a small house, the logistics company generally arranges delivery at the village entrance\/or intersection where parking spaces are available, and the deliveryman will notify you by phone before delivery.<\/p>

Customers need to sign to confirm receipt of the product. If the shipment is lost or damaged due to the customer's request to place it in front of the door or be collected by the management office\/reception desk, this site will not make compensation for it.<\/p>
